New Year's Eve Menu for December 31st:

Welcome drinks with a variety of snacks as Vieira truffles, Galician clams, Artichoke Carpaccio with Iberian Ham and Foie balls.

Starter
A choice of  different leaf rolls stuffed with:
 - Cod with of tomato and black olive oil
- Salmon  covered with  creamed cheese, rocket and strawberry
- warm Camembert cheese  with sprouts and berries

A choice of main courses
-    Black Balearic Suckling pig with  fruits of Ibiza
-    Braised Beef Tenderloin with potatoes made with laurel
-    Baked San Pedro chicken with mashed potatoes  with saffron and semi-dried tomatoes.

There will be a Choice of homemade deserts.
